Necklace lady 5-1 In the swing of light, Alexandrite stone shifts from purple-red to blue just before your eyes.  Have you ever seen a blue Alexandrite under sunlight becomes red under candlelight? This interestingly beautiful gemstone is first found in Ural Mountains in Russia, in 1830, during the age of Alexandrite II. Nowadays, global source of Alexandrite includes Brazil, Madagascar, India and Sri Lanka.  Sizes above 1 carat are rare and fine quality gems are often more expensive than comparably sized Ruby or Sapphire.

Alexandrite rings are excellent in term of wear. It’s natural color is perfect for those who look for a unique expression of self. To clean the stone, gently rub with soft toothbrush and a solution of mild dish soap and warm water.
